Through my work as a Coaching Supervisor, I offer coaches the space to regularly reflect upon their practice so they can develop their practice and as a professional. My role is to help you gain objectivity and perspective on your work to ensure that you are using best practices with your clients.
Before we decide to work together on supervision, we will have an initial discussion to set out the road map and see if we can work together. The amount of supervision that you require is dependent on the amount of experience that you have. I provide supervision for all coaches, whether you are new to the field, or whether you have vast experience.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss your coaching supervision needs.
The Ethical Framework for practitioners states that ‘Supervision is provided to ensure standards, enhance quality, advance learning, stimulate creativity, and support the sustainability and resilience of the work being undertaken."
All counsellors and therapists must engage with supervision on a regular basis in order to reflect upon their practice, their ethics and their personal development to ensure they are providing the best service that they can for their clients.
It is recommended that you choose a supervisor who is sufficiently experienced in in counselling and psychotherapy, and that they have qualifications and training in supervision.
Please contact me for more information about Clinical Supervision and I will be happy to help you.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling, coaching or supervision works. This enables us to discuss whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right coach or psychotherapist to help. You can also call me on 07870386525.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
We can work together online, via Zoom, on the telephone, or you can visit my consultation room for in person coaching or counselling. I have a safe, comfortable and discrete consultation room in Bronleigh House in Neath (Wales) which is a multi-use facility which may help you feel more comfortable about visiting a counsellor or coach.
There is free parking available and a coffee shop on site. It is also accessible by public transport.
I am available from Monday – Friday, from 9am – 6pm.
I also work from Edinburgh and can arrange face to face there.
